The public record, kept properly
Local government publishes what it does, and then the page moves, the PDF is revised, and the meeting nobody attended is the one that mattered. This archives the documents as they were on the day they were read, and draws the record out of them.
Every claim on this site carries the exact sentence it came from, the page it was printed on, and a link to the archived file. Nothing is asserted that cannot be traced to a document a government published.

How to read it
- A record is one claim with one citation. It has a permanent address and never moves.
- A correction supersedes; it does not overwrite. The old page stays so that older citations still resolve.
- Where the archive cannot support a claim, this site says so rather than estimating.

This archive is still being loaded from the city’s meeting portal at one document per minute, the rate its robots.txt asks for. A meeting missing today may simply not have been fetched yet — that is not the same as absent from the record, and this note will say so until the backfill is complete.
